C / 228th ASHB at Phouc Vinh

Mel "Tex" Chappell painted the 3 sides (outside) of the company bulletin board in the middle of January of 1969 just before he came home. Mel finished the paintings one evening and left the next day for An Khe. Mel provided these photos of the bulletin board as he left it at Phouc Vinh.
